19th Century pair of elegant James Shoolbred & Co. mahogany sabre-legged chairs featuring bronze mounts affixed to the top rails, caning, and interesting carved circular motifs on the lower rails. The original labels stamped ‘James Shoolbred & Co, Tottenham House, Tottenham Court Road, LONDON’ are affixed to the underside of the aprons.
