19th Century rosewood work table with lyre shaped supports. The adjustable tilt-up top opens to reveal a red tooled inset leather work surface. There is a single drawer beneath fitted with brass knobs and a small keyhole. Below the drawer there is a fabric workbag and the table is supported by carved scrolling rosewood verticals in the shape of a lyre. Lyre supports are joined by stretcher and sit on bun feet.
