Of rectangular form, the frame is flanked on each side by neoclassical style reeded columns wrapped in acanthus leaf garlands and capped by carved scrolling capitals.. Below the cornice sits a frieze displaying crossed foliate and beaded garlands..This piece features three plates separated by fluted gilded slips and a base with lambs’ tongue detailing..
