Early 19th Century George III mahogany inlaid bureau bookcase in the Neoclassical manner, the moulded and stepped cornice supported over two blind doors with Neoclassical architectural line inlay depicting classical column motif flanked with reeded pilasters opening to reveal two adjustable shelves and pigeon holes raised over fall front secretaire opening to reveal desk, inlaid drawers and pigeon holes flanked with candle slides supported on two short and two long graduated drawers with brass pulls terminating on ogee bracket feet.
