5914 – Early 19th Century Bronze Figural Candlestick

Early 19th Century continental bronze candlestick in the form of a Roman priestess carrying a votive offering in a box. The sconce rests on a  fringed cushion atop the figure’s head and her feet sit on a circular marble plinth embellished with chains and terminating on a square base. Circa 1830.
