Early 19th century George III Serpentine mahogany Gentleman's Chest. Of neat dimensions, the chest houses a brushing slide and four drawers with original brass escutcheons, keys, and ornate swan-neck drawer pulls. The chamfered fore-edges feature blind Chippendale-style fretwork. The chest rests on four substantial bracket feet.
