Item Description

18th Century George III giltwood mirror of rectangular form, the period plate glass set within pierced and shaped giltwood frame, the carved and pierced crest with C scrolls and ruffle motif surmounted with pierced foliate scroll, the shaped pierced sides with C scroll and trailing foliate and flowerhead motif carved in high relief raised over pierced apron with ruffle detail and centred flowerhead flanked with C scrolls.
