Item Description

18th Century George III quartered kingwood tea caddy of rectangular form, the hinged lid with decorative brass carrying handle opening to reveal fitted compartment containing three tin canisters with brass lids with star motif, the tea caddy chest fitted with decorative brass escutcheon, the entire bound with decorative ormolu egg and dart detail throughout.
