Item Description

Early 19th Century pair of compartmental girondoles in the Thomas Chippendale manner, the period plate set within asymmetrical cartouche giltwood frame with balustrading, the crest surmounted with carved beading, ruffles, acanthus leaf and C scroll motif raised over shaped sides with scrolling foliate, acanthus leaf and C scrolls above shaped candle bracket supported on tapering apron with S scrolls, rockwork and acanthus motif.
